Removing "track" tau trigger type

"track" tau trigger was used to validate the 2 stage FTF-tracking in the tau trigger during and it was never used for physics. Therefore we believe it could be deleted for the menu and from tau trigger since all tau trigger tests mainly focusing on chains with 2-stage tracking.
