update test config to have everything physval might need for plots

Updated the test configuration for PFlow FlowElement creation to include egamma, muon reco and primary vertices.

Just to stress again (to those in CC) that this does NOT affect reprocessing, but is a useful configuration update to have so that one can run physval from the local job (or the output of the ART test that uses it).

Please let me know if there are any comments relating to the python config.
