Loosening HION4 muon selection

Jakub Kremer requested to merge jkremer/athena:21.2-HION4-update-for-AOD-reprocessing into 21.2

This update loosens the muon selection applied in the HION4 skimming to require at least 1 muon instead of at least 2 muons. With the previous configuration, a small percentage of signal events for the yy->tautau analysis (in the mu+1trk SR) was not passing the skimming.
