More one Round with the Trigger e/g emulator code

  • Fix selectors setup;
  • Fix "get feature ringer" method into the e/g matching tool;
  • Struct to class for TrigData;
  • Remake the e/g emulator python code;
  • Add count test to compare TDT answer vs emulator;

Not ready/enable yet, but since we have many modifications I prefer to include it first. We will need more one round to fix some emulation bugs (chain setup, missing configuration, etc)
