Work undertaken in the context of ATLASRECTS-6530, but the proposed solution in this MR is much more radical: the job options of the GeometrySvc are changed so that it is off by default for all clients, forcing the fallback to the GeometryConditionsAlg (which should anyway be the default for MT. The 'setGeometry' method of that service should also produce a warning.

I'm expecting some tests to fail because of this, but will review case-by-case.
