Update mc20e reco ART tests

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge mhodgkin/athena:mhodgkin_updateMC20ETests_Aug2021 into master

All mc20e tests are updated to use new AMI tags. Remove jobNumber option which seems not to be needed with the new AMi tags.
