Cleanup EgammaTrackParticleThinning. Allow to apply it only for GSFTrackParticles and not InDet ones. Might be handy if we want to use it in DAOD_PHYS to reduce a bit the size.

I realised we keep all GSFTrackParticles after the discussion in ATLPHYSVAL-797.
