Updating TCT for derivations

This MR updates the input AODs for both mc16 and data18 derivation TCT. Given recent changes, the DAOD code is not backward compatible with older AODs. The preExec is also updated (ELReset issues have been fixed in recent AODs and, therefore, DynVarFixer are not needed anymore).
