NSW Trigger Simulation - MicroMegas

First working implementation of the NSW Trigger Simulation. At the moment, only MicroMegas part is running properly but it is a good starting point for sTGC as well, since the global environment is shared. Some other work has to be done, but better to proceed with small MRs instead of huge ones. Main changes included:

  • Global fixes for the simulation to run into Release 22 (tested with Athena 22.0.30 and 22.0.40)
  • Two packages affected: TrigT1NSW and TrigT1NSWSimTools
  • Introduction of a new code to be used in the Trigger Processor: Diamond Roads
  • The previous code was left as a backup solution. A toggle was added in order, for the user, to decide which one to enable
