Manual sweep of MuonSelectorToolsTester updates from master

This MR is a manual sweep of !45623 (merged) from master to 21.2.

The changes to MuonSelectorToolsTester.cxx look rather incomprehensible, which I think is due to the formatting changes introduced by @jojungge in !43274 (merged) . Since there were no real differences between the master and 21.2 branches for MuonSelectorToolsTester.cxx, I ended up just syncing the file to what's in master, which includes the formatting changes. (And then there was one minor change in addition because the CaloScore author does not exist in 21.2.)

Just let me know if there is a better way to handle this.
