Make TruthSvc configurable in G4AtlasAlg

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ConfigTruthSvc_master into master

Previously the CA-based configuration of G4AtlasAlg was hard-coded to use the default "MC15aPlus" TruthSvc configuration. After this change, it can be chosen based on the specified command-line option.
