Adding EventShape containers to DAOD_PHYS

This MR adds EventShape containers to the ContainersOnTheFly.py list, which will lead to them being included in DAOD_PHYS. Their absence was an oversight - this isn't adding extra content, it's adding content that was assumed to be there but wasn't.
