Update CG vs CA SimCoreTests ART jobs

Rename SimCoreTests CG vs CA ART scripts from XXX_OldvsNew.sh to XXX_CGvsCA.sh.

Add configuration comparison to all SimCoreTests CGvsCA tests

Add new test scripts for configurations currently in preparation. These scripts will not run in ART initially:

  • test_AtlasG4_CavernBg_EVNT2TR_CGvsCA.sh
  • test_AtlasG4_CavernBg_TR2HITS_CGvsCA.sh
  • test_AtlasG4_CosmicSim_CGvsCA.sh
  • test_AtlasG4_CosmicSimTR_CGvsCA.sh
