Fix emulator and add new job

Joao Victor Da Fonseca Pinto requested to merge (removed):trig_egamma_emulator_round_3 into master

This MR include:

  • New job option to run the e/g monitoring + emulator locally;
  • Fix photon sequence;
  • remove old and junk files;
  • adapt the efficiency code to support emulation.
