Add deltaR efficiency plot into the TaP electron monitoring

Include DeltaR efficiency plot (0 to 0.4 and 0.4 to 4.0) into the Expert histograms, Zee and J/Psi tag monitoring.

Can be useful to check boosted efficiency degradation for future.
