Fix to avoid writing TTVA_AMVFVertices/Weights decorations to AOD

Peter Onyisi requested to merge ponyisi/athena:master-dq-tools-isolation-decoration into master

Use "standard reco" TTVA configuration when setting up certain isolation code needed for PhysVal instead of derivation configuration. Then the added decorations are automatically cleared from the AOD output. (TTVA decorations were added by !45935 (merged) )
