Draft: MCTC: add ability to run on TRUTH3

Tadej Novak requested to merge tadej/athena:mctc into 21.2

Add ability to run MCTruthClassifier on TRUTH3-like content (e.g. on old derivations not containing it yet).

Keeping draft as I think the change might not be fully 1-1 equivalent.
