Upgrade tracking performance functions cleaning
It was recently brought to our attention that the upgrade tracking performance functions have the largest compiled functions in the Athena repository. As the format is very questionable and the numbers are severely outdated, a hopefully welcome cleaning is provided here. Updated numbers will be provided once the ITk tracking software in master has been validated.
