LArRawCalibDataReadingAlg: Fill FT preselection

LArRawCalibDataReadingAlg: To simplify the job-configuration, fill Feedthrough-preselection in the cxx if only Barrel/Endcap and pos/neg are given via jobO (which is the most common case)

Note that this code is part of the LAr Electronic Calibration chain and not executed by the CI.
