Fixed a typo in the folder name, so the plots will show up in the WebDisplay

Per Daniel Conny Johansson requested to merge perj/athena:Alignment_Monitoring_fix into master

The top level folder name of the new AthenaMT Alignment monitoring package was misspelled. This is now fixed, and the new plots now show up in a test WebDisplay.
