Fixes to analysis mode of running athena

I would like to set up an ART test to ensure that running in analysis mode is always checked from now on in master branch, as I am really surprised that these issues went on as long as they have done.

Can the shifter please help me with what I need to do to get an ART test running for AthAnalysis ?
