add hdamp steering params for Powheg ttbb module

In the context of https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-9485 we realised a few extra options were needed to allow the hdamp settings of the Powheg ttbbb module to be steered/studied. This patch adds these parameters. Tested locally.
