AnalysisTop: Cleanup obsolete HL-LHC studies code

Title says it all, there's a lot of obsolete code that will not be relevant in R22, which we cleanup in this MR. In addition, some AT steering config files still contained obsolete options, which are also cleaned up in this MR.
