Patching MadGraphControl use of sde_strategy

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.6_MGC_SDE_Strategy_Patch into 21.6

The sde_strategy parameter only exists for LO run cards. Therefore we need to restrict its setting to LO run cards... or we get a crash from an unknown parameter. Duh.

This fixes the crash from AGENE-2038
