Add monitoring tool for Zee, Jpsiee and Heg chains

Include TrigEgammaMonitorTopoAlgorithm to plot the efficiency w.r.t the mass/dphi for all topo dielectric/photon chains.

This version is more generic and accept these combinations: ee, eg, ge, gg to make the leg pairs The efficiency will be calculated as discussed in ATR-23485.
