Shifting the phi coordinate for each TT

Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:Shifting_phi_coordinate_v2 into master

This MR is meant to correct the phi coordinated to their actual size. Additionally I added a variable in the Jtower container which contains the phi coordinate from -PI to PI
