Fix the muon chain names and the TDT configuration

The TDT configuration was changed, which broke all the ID Trigger nightly tests. This potentially fixes them.

In addition, the muon L1 chain names have all been changed, so this changes all the chain names to accoutn for this - the actual chain names have not been checked, so some may not have changed, or some may be changed incorrectly. Is so they can be fixed in a subsequent request.

This potentially fixes ATR-24121
