Some improvements and fixes:

  • the average number of noisy strips in db is now properly imported in C++ part of code (was always default -999)
  • the accessing of previous runs got some safety margin in case several unprocessed runs are already available
  • revised the check criteria, if noisy strips are fine
  • added data21_idcomm to run selector
