Truth xaod gen filter2
This MR is a continuation of the work on converting generator filters to using xAOD truth. Continuation of MR !45629 (merged) .
- 4 more filters converted (adding 1 slimmer for light leptons).
- modifying the way the particles are accessed (form event instead of the xAOD::TruthParticlesContainer).
