Integrate egamma EMBremCollectionBulder in new JO reco test

MR to configure EMBremCollectionBuilder in newJO config There is an issue in the earlier alg:

egammaSelectedTrackCopy.EMExtrapolationToolsCache      0     0   ERROR Could not retrieve Last Cache LastCaloExtension

and averageInteractionsPerCrossing correction depencency is in a wrong place EMBremCollectionBuilderCfg but it is a small step forward.
