Merge branch 'master-PHYSVAL_eventInfo' into 'master'

Arnaud Duperrin requested to merge duperrin/athena:fix-FTag-IPxD-VRjets-references-in-r22.0.38.1 into 22.0.38.X

Fixes in special Ftag derivation release 22.0.38.1 the reference file alias to be used by IPxD taggers for the VR track jet collection. With this MR, BTagging_AntiKtVR30Rmax4Rmin02TrackAuxDyn.IP2D_pb distribution is filled (using the same reference as for PFlow).
