Draft: split the muon analysis sequence into three sequences

On suggestion of @tadej: The goal here is to make it easier to configure and combine these sequences, particularly with multiple working points. Originally the suggestion was for two sequences, but three felt better.

I tested that this runs without error, but it may horribly misconfigure something… Only did the muons so far, but presumably the other sequences could be done the same way.
