MR to replace closed !46846 with commits squashed

This is the same change as in already discussed and reviewed !46846 (closed) but with commits squashed:

This MR should bring all recent development done by @ekay in configuring the calibration data processing jobs also for SuperCells. Changes are not touching anything from the standard reco, only for special jobs run by LAr on CAF.
