This MR adds several variables to fix somel issues in PHYSLITE that prevent the running of analysis tools on the format:

added the variables InDetTrackParticles.numberOfTRTHits.numberOfTRTOutliers to allow the muon analysis sequence to run. Variables also had to be added to PHYS to maintain the PHYS->PHYSLITE workflow
switched BTagging_AntiKt4EMPFlow_201903.xyz to BTagging_AntiKt4EMPFlow.xyz
added AnalysisTauJets.etaTauEnergyScale.ptTauEnergyScale to fix a crash with the MET analysis sequence
added the Width variable to jets, since it seems to be occasionally needed by the MET analysis sequence
Added Kt4EMPFlowEventShapeAux.Density

Draft until test output file is validated.
