Cleanup TRT geometry configuration (CA)
Second part of the geometry configuration cleanup for CA-based configuration. This one is more fragile as TRT_DetectorTool seems to be sensitive to the case if TRT_StrawStatusSummaryTool is set as property or not.
This MR hopefully maintains the old behaviour. I checked many unit tests locally, also running a simulation test locally.
Some start is done in central conditions configuration for TRT which will continue in follow-up MRs.
