Change of name HLTResult_HLT to HLTEvents in han config folder TRHLT

In MR !45921 (merged) the histogram HLTResultHLT was renamed HLTEvents in the Run 3 setting, to avoid confusion since the meaning of HLTResult is somewhat different in Run 3 than in Run 2, and the histogram in question simply counts events passing HLT without accessing HLTResult.

This MR updates the corresponding han config to reflect this, ATR-24349.
