New-style config of physics-OFC calculation

ComponentAccumulator-based config of the job that computes the physics OFCs. So far verified only for EMEC, won't work for HEC/FCAL yet.

Note that this code is not executed by the CI (or any grid-workflow), it's internal to the LAr Electronic Calibration procedure.
