ATLFAST3 art fixes master

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ATLFAST3_ART_fixes_master into master

This merge request makes some minor updates to the ATLFAST3MT and ATLFAST3MT_QS ART scripts where the output of jobs configured with ComponentAccumulator and the old style configuration is compared. After these changes all jobs run, but the output does not yet match, so the scripts are not activated to run in the nightlies yet.
