Update the default parameterization file used in ATLFAST3 jobs to be the Run2 reprocessing version

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ATLFAST3_master into master

Updating both old and new-style configuration to use the Run2 reprocessing parameterization file in ATLFAST3 jobs in master by default, makes the two approaches easier to compare.
This will change the output of AF3 jobs in master.
