DataModelRunTests: Update ByteStreamTestRead reference

In MR !47272 (merged) the bytestream event selector was changed to load the input file during initialization. This change showed up in this test by moving the line notifying of the file opening from line 22 up to line 20.
The other changes remove unused lines from the reference.
