CaloFillRectangularCluster fix GAUDI-1023 kind of warning

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:CaloFillRectangularCluster_Gaudi1023 into master

Since CaloFillRectangularCluster inherits from CaloClusterCorrection and the CaloClusterCorrection has already the 'CaloDetDescrManager' property we were getting a GAUDI-1023 kind of warning (genConf should warn about duplicated properties)
