Quick fix for issue with accessing the trigger DB in MonBias monitoring

MinBias monitoring uses the in file metadata with the menu to monitor efficiencies for many chains. This does not work with the Raw input. Once the access is fixed will restore this monitoring also for this workflow. Related to: ATR-24404
