Migrated two clients of the CaloDetDescrManager

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:master-graphics-caloddmgr into master
  1. GeometryWriter switched to reading CaloDetDescrManager from CondStore
  2. VP1CaloCellSystem switched to retrieving CaloCel ID helper from DetStore (plus minor code cleanup)
