TrkGeometry/TrkVolume. After recent changes , move inline methods to separate icc as per ATLAS guideline. Format the relevant files the same as previously done for other ones in the same package.

This is more moving code around (to .icc) / formatting. Done separately in this MR with respect with the few previous that actually touched code.
