TauAnalysisTools: cleanup HelperFunctions

Hello,

This MR is cleaning up the HelperFunctions of TauAnalysisTools. Also, tau charged PFOs need to be replaced with tau tracks. These 2 objects are equivalent, that's why charged PFOs are no longer stored in R22 AODs, and tau tracks have to be used instead.

There is potentially a bug fix (eta vs abs(eta)), in case we have MC-based tau recommendations that would rely on truth tau eta.
