Include 1 muon TLA chain in menu

After preparing the TLA muon selector in a previous MR and followed up in ATR-24263, these changes are needed to allow muon TLA chains to run in the menu:

• small changes in the TLA muon selector sequences
• fix duplication of PEBStep between muons and photons: the name of the PEB Step is made more indicative of the signature requiring it
• one muon chain added: single mu (removed part with T&P mechanism that will wait for the TLA alignment code)

NB: the is a tmp evolution of the TLA mechanism, needed to demonstrate the mechanism in place. It will be re-optimized with a TLA alignment, as discussed in ATR-24393

Hi, in Trigger_athnenaHLT-test there’s an error on the references

chainComp ERROR    Trigger counts differ from the reference. If the above differences are intended, update the reference

which may be the cause of the other errors, could you please have a look?
