Include 1 muon TLA chain in menu
After preparing the TLA muon selector in a previous MR and followed up in ATR-24263, these changes are needed to allow muon TLA chains to run in the menu:
- small changes in the TLA muon selector sequences
- fix duplication of PEBStep between muons and photons: the name of the PEB Step is made more indicative of the signature requiring it
- one muon chain added: single mu (removed part with T&P mechanism that will wait for the TLA alignment code)
NB: the is a tmp evolution of the TLA mechanism, needed to demonstrate the mechanism in place. It will be re-optimized with a TLA alignment, as discussed in ATR-24393
