TCT: Fixing and updating test mc20e

The TCT test started to fail, probably due to deleting the output file. This MR updates this test to the latest version of the same test in RecJobTransformTests in master: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/Reconstruction/RecExample/RecJobTransformTests/test/test_mc20e_13TeV.sh which was recently updated by @mhodgkin and @tadej

@tadej can you please crosscheck this MR? Also if you think more similar TCT tests should run in 22.0-mc20, please let me know or add those tests to TCT: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/tree/22.0-mc20/Tools/Tier0ChainTests/test

Just to note that there are no RecJobTransformTests activated for branch 22.0-mc20.
