Minor updates to muon trigger dictionary and hypo config

Updating the muon trigger dictionary:

• Removing unused options (1step, 0eta250)
• Moving the 'os' option to be part of the relevant invariant mass option (since we don't support the opposite charge cut outside of the invariant mass hypothesis, and this was causing some confusion). Updating the hypothesis configuration and the chain names according to the new naming, and updating the references to take into account the new chain name.
