TauTrig code cleaning : removing TracktwoMVAClus chains

This MR will remove from the "TracktwoMVAClus" tau trigger test chain. This chain type was adding the requirement of forcing the clusters to be within the ROI compared to the standard tau chains. However, this requirement was superseded by @martindl MR here:

fixing the issue at cell level, so there is no need anymore of this chain type in the menu.
