changing the jFEX structure for a future EDM MR

This MR is meant to make the jFEX structure compatible with a future MR modifying the SR and LR jet EDM. Basically it will allow to send and save the eta and phi coordinates stored in the jTower container, and not calculating them twice as we have so far.

In principle it should not change the trigger counts, if so means that need to be updated with master again, since several MR are going in.
